Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to request a refund or cancel an order, please review our guidelines below:

• Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact albiebernabel@gmail.com with your order details.

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Exceptions: Custom or digital products are non-refundable unless defective.
